These conditions are stipulated in SNiPs for fire safety standards (2.01.02-85) and urban planning (2.07.01-89), in the section on planning and development of the private sector.

A house is being built on 10 percent of the total area. The attic or second floor will provide additional space. Household blocks and buildings are separated by 1 m from neighboring plots.
We build a bathhouse 5 m from the house and at least 6 m from the neighbor’s, and 3 m from the boundary line. We retreat 15 m from the forest or reservoir.
