When the smoker is one hundred percent full, close the device with the lid, then place it on moderate heat. A regular blowtorch, a gas stove, or a small fire with a few bricks will do just fine. To prepare a tasty, spicy fish, it is not necessary to peel it, just rub it with spices and salt. If it is too large, you can cut it into two equal parts, processing each separately.
